Happy Thursday! How was your week thus far? Mine has been very fulfilling to say the least. I started to take pictures again, I got that feeling you get when you haven’t rode a bicycle in a while. The more I start to do the things I love, my gears keep turning. It’s a beautiful process to watch. Mental health is a big part of catching yourself when you have fallen. I used to wonder when I’d get back to feeling like me and no one ever knew the answer. I can personally tell you it just clicks. One day you just wake up and say, I won’t let this shit affect me anymore. If you’re going through a hard time, or a weird place in your life keep positive. Things may never be the same, but what is life without a bit of discombobulating?The first step to being a better you is identifying what made you into who you didn’t want to be. Eliminate that from your life! Easier said than done but trust me once you eliminate the toxic source you can clear your mind. You can focus on you and what you love. I’m grateful, I have amazing people surrounding me, each one I love dearly! Thank you for putting up with me.
